yep several times. I am actually back on V3 and I still have the problem. gdamnit this is irritating. I have deleted all the emails and recreating them with no luck, resent service books. It won't connect to the BB server then it will reconnect and still nothing. I just don't know what to do.

no that is what is wierd. It is a cox cpommunications email address. I have the service set up to be able to use my coporate email but I haven't set it up yet. I didn't ever have a problem until I installed 3.5 friday evening and now it won't work. I can't figure it out and don't know where to start. If I could find out how to wipe the phone and start form scratch I would do that but I can't figure that out either. Maybe i am not meant to do this stuff. LOL
$hit, now it is connecting the the BB server so I will try once again to load the email and see if it works but it hasn't yet so I don't have alot of confidence.
still nothing I have no idea what to do. my BBOS email works just fine and one other cox address works but the other does not. I have no idea what to think

then how do you explain the intermittent disconnect from the BB server, cause sometimes I can't get into the email settings on the phone to change the settings for the accounts.
u said u sent service books, im assuming they went through and u got the email thingy, also did u go into host routing and click register?
yep done all that too. resent service books and registered and I get the messages I am supposed to on the account in question but it will not send or receive emails to other address'
