refreshes the phone yes. But the Storm is made 1GB phone. Shares for app mem 125MB and the rest is for storage. So when pressing the power button you will share more mem on startup then when it drops it will stabilize on 50ish

it downloaded to my docs/downloads i opened the exe and it ran and completed the tasks and i loaded it lol

Quick question where did you add the .90 radio code to? Did you go into shared folders/CDMA? Or did you put it somewhere else?

yes i used the swap a radio exe inside of the cdma folder already.... opened it and clicked .90

i have a copy in my computer under my documents in a folder so i always copy and paste, not sayin this is how he does and and stepping on his feet

as of now i will not be keeping this is my feeling...it seems to like to drop memory so im going to see what it shows tomorrow in the morning. other then that i think its bed time. got easter stuff early with the daughter/wife

jlevy good luck hope all goes well and i will report back tomorrow on my findings on the leak...if you need anything PM me or BBM me...im sure you wont you are much better with the storm then i am...hence why you are part of the os help team!
