Once you get it installed run the installer on the first page and you should be good to go.

I gotta question...I was on the original .122 and was getting pissed with it so i was trying to go down to one of the .114 hybrids and it changed to .122 on the .153 platform..how could that have happened?

ok so i really really want to do this but to date i would have to say after reading all 19 pages that its a 50/50 split. i really want to do it and help out the op but man just...i seem to be slow at it and i havent bricked a phone yet (knock on wood)...just with limited time do this scary...good work though

the newer hybrids are mixed with .122.. thats y.. u have the 3.5 one?

Just wanted to say I'm still on this since sat night with .90 radio with no reset or issues and still got over 48MB mem

I love .90 radio

There you are! Where ya been!? Lol, im still on this build w/o .90 sfi and i fluctuate from 45 to 32 mbs, no lower

just screwed myself posting that. now that i posted that i lock it and it wont dim and to get it to unlock i have to hit a key to make it say "screen locked etc etc" and then hit unlock...time for a reboot

yeah im pleased with its performance. definately keeping it till it messes up. almost 2 full days with a memloss of only 6MB the entire time and .90 with no random reboots or anything...works for me

Brian, you prefer this or BBC 3.5? If so, I'll install..But I dont do well with .90 radio.

I might add, this hybrid don't really have anything different to offer from 3.5, i did it to try it out after brian, and for me its been extremely stable, quick scrolling and such, the only bad thing i did have to reset my emails to get working

i dont see much of a difference really...i did it cause i was hoping for some sweet 5.0 features but i just havent seen them. i wiped my phone prior to doing so and used the .90 radio code and up until i posted about how happy i was with it it was performing amazing. if you are on v3.5 id just stick with it.
