Storm9500 OS :confused: :confused:

Hi,
I'm a first time owner of BB storm. Just wanted to check with you guys if there are any OS's leaked or hybrids higher than v5.0.0.238 that i currently have on my 9500?

Can i upload the OS leaks like 9530 5.0.0.328 on my 9500?

When i disconnect an incoming call and then try to dial a num i get a "call in progress" message. I know that this is an issue but are there any fixes out now for this?

Sometimes my phone refuses to come out of the sleep mode and i need to pull the battery out to fix this. Any solutions?

Sorry if i sound naive asking these questions but i'm still learning the ropes here.

Other than this the phone rocks and i'm so happy and proud to be an owner of this phone. BTW you guys rock as well and are doing a wonderful job helping out newbies like me. keep rocking and you will always have a loyal fan like me supporting you. Thanks.

The 230 leak is the newest for the 9500. Unfortunately you cannot use a 9530 leak because the sfi will not install. You could try some of the Hybrids that are available for the 9500 and see if it works better for you. Hopefully the 9500 users will get an official 5.0 soon.

Thanks Natemz!!!! Can you let me know the answers to rest of my queries? Additionally what is the latest hybrid available for 9500. the OS that i have is a hybrid by lyricidal. Anything after that?

Sorry, I'm not sure about the other 9500 specific questions. Hopefully one of our members that are familiar with the 9500 will chime in.:D

AFAIK, Lyricidal's hybrid is for either the 9500 OR the 9530, you choose your device during the install routine.

I could be wrong, it's happened before.... But this looks to be the latest and greatest.

Thanks Dave, the one i have is 95X0 - 5.0.0.238/323 Hybrid (.230 Based) which i think came after the one u mentioned. correct me if i'm wrong. Thanks.
