Thread: OS 7.1 for 9380 devcies not supported in philippines?

I had a friend and was informed that his 9380 could not be upgraded to OS 7.1, do not have the complete details but im sure he said that this 7.1 OS for 9380 is not yet supported in the Philippines. . .

Please advice.
