    I would install OS7.1.0.342, and as for wiping the device, only if you feel comfortable doing that.

    ok I will do that. I can wipe the device using apploader and not have to use BBSAK?

    Honestly I dont really like using BBSAK and would rather not. I've used in the past however.

    Always perform a backup, you can wipe the device using either BBHTool (latest version 2.4.9.7a), or BBSAK, it's your choice.

    Also, remove OS7.1.0.355 from your PC as this OS is no longer required by you for your BlackBerry Curve 9370.
