    Are you using Desktop Manager or are you using apploader? I would suggest you use apploader since it's more often more successful than Desktop Manager.

    This file is for the 9300 Curve not the 9330 Curve.

    If you follow this path on your computer, you will find the application loader. Use this to remove unwanted apps. You cannot run the loader and the bb dm at the same time so only load the application loader.

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

    Click on loader
