no.. are you running a 3rd party theme?
I upgraded from 18.104.22.1681 on my T-Mobile Germany branded Bold to this and I expected the user interface to look something like this (3d buttons, menus etc):
Instead it still looks flat like on OS 4.6. My Storm got the facelift with OS 5 and I have seen some screenshots of Tours.
No facelift yet for the Bold or something wrong with my installation?
Viigo Lite is working fine for me, make sure that when you choose an article that you click the menu button and click Full article and you should be able to scroll through the article with no issues.

I see that view full article works but you still can't scroll down to post to twitter, fb, etc. And I always like to read previews as well before I go thru the extra step to view full article.

No facelift yet, nothing wrong with your installation.

BB App World keeps disappearing for me....I'll reboot and it will be gone, reboot again and it will be there.... the version I've had installed and reinstalled is 126.96.36.199.......
It is a little buggy. The currency is in a foreign language and when restoring or rebooting your phone it does not stick, but I have an OTA for anyone that needs it.

Checking now to be 100% certain I have the newest versions of AIM, FB, and Myspace....

Ok, looks like I found out the issue, if you previously had BB App World on your device it will still have some of your archived programs associated when you install on the new OS- at least it did for me. DELETE ALL OFF THEM. Re-download them and be sure you have the latest version FRESHLY installed.
If you try to install or run Facebook BEFORE version 188.8.131.52 it will jack up the latest version of App World and both programs will be very buggy... looks like a synergistic incompatibility between the two possibly. So basically don't even try to install any version of FB before 184.108.40.206
I'm now successfully running App World 220.127.116.11 with a working Facebook 18.104.22.168 and they both made it through a reboot or two and are still functioning great.

Thoughts [and findings] so far.
- The boot sequence appears to take longer than .190 (but I can deal).
- I like the Threaded SMS Messages; however, I dislike how it doesn't always clear the "New Message Indicator"—from the homescreen and the LED Indicator.
- Maybe its just a bug… But I am unable to change my homepage in Browser. The default is: "http://device.home", and its driving me nuts.
- I cant comment on the Battery Life, just yet. But when I was running .190, I personally was getting great Battery Life. I believe I was up to one-and-a-half days with "Moderate Use".
- I have Pandora, Evernote, Google Sync, Google Voice, and Google Maps currently installed on my device.
- I cannot get Pandora to work properly, as of this post. I am going to try to re-send the Service Books and hopefully that'll fix the issue.
Another thing I noticed… With .190, the BB Charging Pod would not work. It would display an incorrect voltage or something like that. This does not hold true with .238—Thankfully!

as far as the new message indicator not clearing, if you're talking about sms, i noticed you may have to physically scroll over the message just like a bbm. maybe that'll help
