    Thumbs up Stable and Fast

Upgraded 2 days ago from 297 Hybrid. No problems during process except phone hung during restore process. I unplugged USB and pulled battery then hooked up again and process finished. Blazing fast browser. Decent battery life. Available memory is slightly lower than Hybrid I was using. Two problems noticed: 1. Had to do browser fix because I am on AT&T. Used Google to search for this and it is easily taken care of and fixed. 2. Voice Activated Dialing did not work. This did work on 5.0.190. Workaround for this is to download both 238 and 190 to your computer and copy all VAD files from Java folder on 190 to 238. Then delete 190 and run apploader again. I love the new threaded SMS. With these workarounds (AT&T) this is the best OS I haved used. Looking forward to official 5.0 release soon.

from the sounds of your post it would seem as though the next os after this one will close up just about every issue and at last a truely great os will have been made by rim.

    Wirelessly posted (Bold)

I've been running this OS for nearly 2 weeks now with zero issues, this is also my first time installing an OS5.xx onto my device, and I must say it went very smoothly, memory and battery are both good, and running all my apps with no problems:

    BBLight
    BBM5
    Bolt
    Facebook
    Flipside
    Google Maps
    Google Sync
    Quick Launch
    Scrobbler
    Shazam
    Ubertwitter
    Viigo
    Weatherbug

On the whole very impressed, can't wait for an official release now
