What is new with this build?::bbos::
I've been running it since nearly when it came out. I have noticed improved battery life and a speedy browser. 3G seems to go in and out, but then again, we all know how crappy AT&T can be in the Bay Area.
Seems great to far, battery life is great and phonre runs smoothly.
No issues so far other than I can't seem to enlarge bbm display pictures (not sure if this was the same on the last few versions).
very stable.
good batt and signal and less memory leak!

I have to agree the battery life has been amazing to far! I had a +2 hr convo on a 50% battery to come off and still have 25% left!
Only thing I've noticed now is that I don't seem to have a Note application. Was this the same with the last couple of upgrades?

can someone check to see if the "keyboard lock" option can be set to the left convenience key for me? its not available in .592.
anyone know of a fix for this? this option is key for me.
That's not an option that you can assign to a convenience key ... probably because it's already hard-assigned to the mute button on top.Quote:

My top mute button crapped out on me as well ... ended up getting a new midplane and bezel kit from truesupplier.com to fix it. All black looks better than the scratched up chrome anyway. :)

The new mute button lock functionality was introduced in one of the last few builds, I honestly don't remember which one. I'd suggest doing a quick dumpster-dive through the related threads on here for each of the last several builds to see when it popped up, and use the latest stable build before that.Quote:

Snag a cheap T5 screwdriver and bust that puppy apart; I was able to originally fix mine by just taking it apart, cleaning out some dust, and putting it back together.
