 This OS for me, and all please keep in mind no blackberry is the same, no install is the same and every Blackberry has a mind of it's own. This is a review of my experience with this OS. First off i did do a back up of certain data using the Advances option under Back & Restore. Then i wiped my BB using BBSAK since i was using Windows 7 64-bit. Next i installed .610 on my machine, then ran in order Shrink An OS but did not shrink anything yet, just used it to get the initial size of the OS. Next started shrinking the OS using first CrackMem, then re-ran shrink an OS with no options chosen to get the OS size after using CrackMem, then choose options in Shrink An OS and shrunk it down again. Lastly ran BB MCP to see if anything i removed is still around, removed all themes except for Zen, gotta have Zen or you will just have what looks like Windows 95 Windows Manager which is just generic black and white icons in rows, nothing and i mean nothing else. Learned that the hard way :Eyecrazy: . Back on track, after shrinking, wiping my BB, i then lauched AppLoader, connected my BB via USB and started the install. The first round i installed just the system apps etc... no 3rd party apps. With core apps, BBM, Memopad i had 56MB free per the DM. I then on round 2 installed my 3rd party apps bringing the space from 56MB down to 53MB. Of course i did some batb pulls after the install. On first use i notices the OS is very quick and snappy for me, locking or putting the BB on standby take literally 1-2sec before the screen goes blank. No problems, knock on wood, i really really like this OS and are very happy with the space, speed, call quality, SMS, BBM, MMS, EMAIL, 3rd party apps. I will be on this OS for a while.
