i need help. My browser does not work. I mean it downloads but does not show on screen. its totally white. i downloaded .464 but no help. Google maps are working fine but any application based on IE is not working.

Hi everybody. My browser stopped working properly. It down loads everything but screen remains white. All application based on IE-BB browser not opening including ::bbos:: launcher. please help. there is no surfing. I am on .464

lets try to get this under control. First of all: what exactly is the problem? You've installed the new version? And now, the BlackBerry browser is no longer working? Please correct me if I am wrong

yes now browser is not working. I tied to go back to .411 but the same problem

Have you done the following steps?
a) delete vendor.xml on your PC prior to the upgrade,
b) resend service books,
c) re-registered host rooting tables?

Yes i did all the steps tried battery pull no nothing helped.

How did you up- and downgrade? With a full wipe of the device? Sorry for all these questions, but I am just trying to understand what might have happened...

How did you perform the full wipe?
Are you in an area that has EDGE or 3G coverage?
What carrier are you on?
Have you tried resending your service books from both your phone and a PC?
What OS do you currently have installed?

I am on ATT and have full coverage 3G i wiped with BBSAK and OS is .464. I sent servicebooks from hand held but havent send from pc. u want me to try that? Thanks

SO basically you open the BB browser, and it's just white? Does it respond at all if you press menu? Do you have any other apps that use data? Do they work fine?
