Are you simply using Desktop Manager to load the OS or are you using App Loader?

If you will, open your Desktop Manager and in the upper right hand corner select the Help Tab.
Then from the Help Tab select About Blackberry Desktop Manager. Now from here select the Tab labeled Device Software.
Would you tell me what software OS that is listed in the window?
