my phone is full with uncaught exceptions phone wasnt working, then message, etc.
main window doesnt show the wallpaper with the icons on it, instead, it shows a white background regardless of what picture is used.
other than my contacts from my BBM been removed everything else is working good so far!!!
no one has the issue with the wallpaper once you click on the bb button????? am i the only one?
does anyone know how to edit its behavior where it would also show the wallpaper on the main menu screen?
This is what I have found.
Sim pin still causes the sms problem.
With the facebook app the new posts don't show up until you scroll to them. I haven't ran into any other bugs other than that.
The browser seems faster.
But I'm going back to 238 because of the sms problem. I may try dropping in the 238 radio in first to see what happens but I don't know.
In the last two leaked OS' I have tried on my 8900 the UMA support just stops work after a day or two and won't come back......downgrade to 4.6 and everything is happy again.....
I want to try this new one but am unsure......someone....anyone let me know!!! :)

Loaded .348 yesterday. Only issue I have is with WiFi. I needed to reconfig each location I use, and they worked fine then. I use Pro v3 by Nate and have no issues with it. Can't find anything that doesn't work yet.
Seems to be faster for 1)processing 2)scrolling and 3) internet. Updated seamlessly, unlike .314 Will load on my daughter's 8900 this weekend. recommend to anyone
Those Having problems with the WiFi maybe its a problem with your vendor ID
Open blackberry.alx in wordpad and remove the vendor ID from the WIFI string also if the status is set to false change it to True.
I have T-mo 8900 and the OS uploaded smoothly n perfectly. Jest remember to resend the service book. The 3rd apps I use are FB, all Google apps, BBM, BB app world, Slacker, Pandora, and they all work flawlessly. I like it alot, I am coming from 4.6.250 so its a whole new world of difference....

So after 24 hours, I've found that battery life is consistent with my previous 4.6.1.310 OS and I have yet to find a bug in this OS in regards to the programs I used before. Everything processes faster than 4.6 and I feel like BBM 5.0 works better on the 5.0 OS. I was having issues where messages would get stuck in the input box after I've sent them and I'd have to delete the chats.
In my opinion, this version should be reviewed for official status by the carriers.
just installing this on the 8900.... waiting for a boot, will report back when something goes right/wrong.
