OS 5.0.0.681 will work just fine for you. You can download it here: OrangeAustria_8520_5.0.0.681 - Downloads - BlackBerryOS.com

Please follow our guide on how to upgrade your OS, and remember to remove the vendor.xml file.

ive already tried Orange Austria but it doesnot worked i need an azerty os for this azerty fone

I have found Orange France for BlackBerry Curve 8520, their latest Official OS is 4.6.1.314 (fr) and OS4.6.1.286 (AllLang), posted below

thanks, yes that is my current installed os, i guess i just have to wait for Orange France to release OS 5 or find an OS 5 for an AZERTY fone T_T

you should be able to use the first OS I gave you as the AZERTY keyboard is hardware related not OS. What issues are you having?

i do bliv that the AZERTY keyboard is also supported by its OS, due to ive already tried to to install diff OS 5 by different carriers but still its a failure
