ok so finally got hold of the IT dude to help me out. he connected me to our wi-fi at the office.
it did take and the blackberry id is downloading. its now restarting my phone.
what do i do next. change all my settings back to normal or what?

Personally I leave my WiFi on all the time. Saves me from using up my data plan. When you connect through WiFi data is FREE!!:D

i finally got hold of the IT dude. he helped me out with connecting me to our works wi-fi. we changed everything to what was said and then tried. we downloaded it successfully.
now i am checking if it now works
