5.0.0.230 is for the Storm, your profile says Storm... this post and the OS is for the 8330 Curve so I suggest you stay with the 5.0.0.230. :D

Actually, 5.0.0.230 for the Curve is out and probably like me, he has both a Curve and a Storm. I'm using the Curve for now, need the stability, and like the physical keyboard features more than the touch screen features. Having said that, I keep bouncing back and forth.

5.0.0.230 on the Curve was ok and promising, but I just kept having a few little problems with lock ups and funny screen issues in my email. Again, needed the stability. 4.5.0.170 looks like a go for my situation, so I'll be looking at it this evening when I have more time.

Bottom line, my phone has to work and work all the time, that's why I have it.:D

Should have been more clear i Have the storm .230 Wife has the 8330 Curve I am actually going to try this out :D

Im curious to know if you were having issues under the 230 trying to get messages and would not open this is the issue with me. Just did a bettery pull and messages opened back up.
