i've got an 8310 on AT&T in US with 4.5.0.110 OS. Lately it is always freezing or really slow and the worst part is that the phone call quality is horrible. This phone used to be rock solid with the original 4.2 OS. Is there a newer OS that can correct some of the problems I'm having with 4.5.0.110?

AT&T hasnt released a version yet, but you can just delete the vendor.xml and these will work for you as wellQuote:

It will have english as the language as most releases are "all languages". You would just need to select the language during install. East Asia is the location to where it release came from. Many countries receive updated software before we do and vice versa.Quote:

So if you are going by decimal placing rather than the number, .55 is better than .124, right? Even tho the install package is smaller? or does .124 make more sense, I would think that they would put it as .055 then... i dunno
the higher the applications number the newer or possibly 'better' the os will be.
