Sorry for the last minute update in all the post up there ^^^^^^^ i meant i have a Blackberry Curve 8330 SmartPhone. but dont worry i downloaded the blackberry curve 8330 smartphone OS from the website link you sent me before just a typo!
-
Not a problem nykillaa.
Let me ask you this.
After you downloaded the OS for your Curve, Did you install the OS?
Then, after you installed the OS, do you delete the Vendor.xml file and empty the recycle bin.
After that file is deleted, do a search on your PC for the keyword Vendor to be sure that the file is completely removed from the PC.
Be sure to disconnect your PC from the internet as well while trying to install the OS.

Using your PC, navigate to your Control Panel, click on Add or Remove Programs and uninstall all instances of Blackberry DEVICE Software. Do not uninstall Blackberry DESKTOP Software. (see picture)
