Having a few problems with .131 i am new to this but i downloaded instaled deleted Vendor and used app loader and no luck ???? pin me please

Have you dissconnected your PC from the internet ffamily when you tried to upgrade your device?

Yes I deleted all old os and disconnected internet

hey family it sounds like the download might not have worked follow this path and see if .131 is on your device.

c: program files > common files > research in motion > shared > loader - you should see .131 and only .131. if it's not there re download it.

or go to control panel > add/delete programs and remove any os's other then .131

ok i looked and it is installed and no other one is there....i have had this problem a few times but i coulnt figure out...so i left it alone but now that i found this site hoping yall can help

What version of Desktop Manager do you have?

when you launch app loader what does it say or do? Did you restart computer after download and install?

Yes i did i have installed it different times

sorry ment to say 3 different times

also i try to add ther file my self and an error message comes uop no additional files were found for your divice

yes it sees it and yes its in mass storage mode
