8230 OS 4.6.1.284 Findings and Fixes

I'm gonna see if it will install on my VZW 8230 just for laughs. I think it might, because the filename is 8230AMEA.......... and not 8230mAMEA..........

EDIT: It works! Using the Storm right now, so I don't know how the radio is; other than that didn't notice any differences over 4.6.1.234
